I drink it on night shifts to keep me awake instead of coffee because of the crash out coffee tends to give midway through the shift. Its has a light crisp flavor and is overall just a lovely tea.

So I was thrilled when I saw this tea and it's claim that this ...will help you get physically and mentally charged and ...will get you invigorated withouth feeling tweaked. Well, it doesn't work. I'm still practically falling asleep at my desk, does not make me feel physically or mentally awake at all.

I loved "Get Smart" however after drinking " GetCharged" I found "Get Charged" was now my favorite! It broke my heart when suddenly the can was empty. I felt better all over after drinking Get Charged. It seemed to charge me mentally and physically without giving me jitters. Previously, I felt like my body was slowing down but now I feel more "normal", not overcharged but "normal". Overall I felt more motivated, more eager to get involved, more willing to help others, and more enthusiastic in whatever I did. Thank you Republic of Tea for making this wonderful product available to us consumers! I share this tea with my friends and so far everyone has felt the same as I do about Get Charged!

So I bought a regular tin. Now, though, I am stuck either buying tin after tin or spending for 250 bags, which I don't want. I wish regular refills were available for all tins.

This shopper rated the product 2 out of 5 stars I thought I'd give this a try. It definitely makes you feel more awake after the first sip. In addition, the tea was also tasty! I steeped the tea bag for about 7 mins in hot water and had it in the early afternoon. After a couple of hours of consuming the tea, my heart felt like it was racing, almost like a panic attack with caffeine gitters. I would be wary when using this. It may work for some people, but you may not need to steep it for a long time (maybe 2-3 mins since the tea has a lot of punch). Unfortunately, I had trouble sleeping that night. Didn't go to sleep till 2am because of how wired I felt.

I was pleasantly surprised at its refreshing flavour, and as always the Republic of Tea's quality is top notch. One tea bag will see me through a work day of refilling a large travel mug with hot water.

A citrus-y tea, somewhat spicy from the ginseng without being disturbing or overwhelming :) I also taste hints of ginger, though I don't know if I'm supposed to...? Yum. Reminds me of Bigelow's Orange Spice tea... with more of a spicy citrus taste :)

We drank the whole thing so I started making it every cleaning day thereafter, hence why we call it 'house cleaning tea'. It tastes great, with or wiithout sugar I think, and the energy it gives you is not nervous energy but steady, happy, well maintained energy, without a let-down like caffeine drinks have.
