Korean tea is extremely hard to find for sale here in the US, and being organic too! This tea is pricier than others for good reason. Thank you Republic of Tea for offering this, I will be a repeat customer.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars Just wow! I used to drink this tea quite a bit, and then forgot about it. Now that I've rediscovered it, I'm in love. It's full-bodied, tastes amazing, strong and I prefer it over all the other varieties. I wish they carried it in bulk.
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars Absolutely delicious! Such a unique tea, it's bright and a touch sweet, never bitter. I love it and even though I have a ridiculous tea collection I find myself rarely reaching for any other green tea. I've found 89°C/ 192°F to be a sweet spot, but it's good at any temp. I also love that I don't need a strainer, I just put a pinch in my cup and it sinks to the bottom, and doesn't get bitter. Just the best! I think I'm on my fifth tin since discovering it two years ago. Yes it's expensive but I get so many cups out of a tin that I think it actually comes out cheaper than anything else I get from ROT on a per-cup cost.

I'm hooked! Republic of Tea offers so many varieties of full-leaf teas from around the world. The greens and white have become my favorites but I still enjoy a pot of Earl Greyer and Darjeerling. My selection is extensive so every morning I choose a flavor and brew a pot that I enjoy throughout the day. Several of my personal favorites are, Korean Woojeon, Organic Dancing Leaves, Silver Rain, Jasmine Pearls, and both Milky and Wuyi Oolong. This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars Really incredible tea. I find it very affordable and really well balanced. It's velvety. Not too much of a vegetal taste, which I prefer. Much more earth/minerally. Overall, it's smooth, has great flavor (especially since some teas you have to use more tea than is worth it to get flavor out of) and isn't overpowering while still tasting delicious.

There is an ever so slight hint of something earthy or mineraly that cloys just underneath the savoriness. Maybe it's the volcanic soil? I am glad that I've waited a few weeks before reviewing this tea. My opinion of it has changed immensely. At first the savoriness really took me back. I hadn't imagined a tea could be this savory. But after a few pots it began to grow on me and now I look forward to it. It unique and wonderful. If you like tea adventures -- this is one for you!

Very fresh tasting and soothing and can brew easily a second cup. Brings out the best of green tea---soothing and relaxed while keeping you alert! Will buy again
