This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars These bowls are beautiful. They're not cheap or necessary but I love them. The blended green and black/charcoal stoneware is extremely distinct and unique. I'll admit I use them for ice cream more than matcha though.

It is the perfect size for whisking matcha tea (Republic of Tea ceremonial matcha is my favorite) and then enjoying the yummy result. I loved it so much I bought another.
This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars These are pretty, we bought 2, but I am surprised at all the 5 stars. Not because they aren't lovely and well made and artistic, but because the colors are way more muted in person. I would have loved the bright lime green as shown, that was the attraction, but I have to admit I was really surprised when I first opened them because they really didn't look like the photo. I reached out and was told I could return them. I really just wished the photo had been more representative. I personally love the brightness of the image. If you don't mind them being more subtle and less electric in color, they are a wonderful size, shape and quality.

The only thing I would mention is that my particular bowl is not level on the bottom and so rattles when I use the chasen to stir. Still, it's the best. Thanks.
