This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I've always been a little intimidated by matcha, since it is prepared differently from normal tea. I like that this came with all the supplies you need to get started. The bowl is a nice size for a small serving and the scoop and whisk were both fun to try out. There is enough of the matcha itself to experiment with how you like it. I was able to figure out that I liked it with 175 F water and even got to experiment to see how I liked it with or without sweetener! I think I'll get more use out of this in the future!

It is very pleasant to look at and comfortable to hold. It holds 6 oz. which is perfect for RoT teas. I love matcha and this one did not disappoint. I thought about taking off a star because the price was a little high but I feel like I am getting my money worth since I use it daily. Doing the whole ritual is very relaxing.

This shopper rated the product 3 out of 5 stars Decent starter set. The chashaku and chasen are both functional and the chawan is nice albeit a little smaller than I like. The matcha itself isn't the greatest quality for making usucha or koicha. It would be more suitable for latte or other culinary uses. Overall it's an okay starter set and at a cheap enough price point for people to experiment and see if they enjoy drinking and preparing matcha.
