As soon as I tried it from the regular tin, I knew I would be hooked. The aroma is the rose. The taste is a slight sweetness...not sugary...almost tasting like flowers. It is the perfect end-of-the-day, cozy evening sip. I love to put frothed almond milk in it sometimes. Delicious either way.

I personally didn't get a sense of the saffron, but saffron a delicate and sweet herb in my experience, so I can see the rose overtaking it. Sipping on this tea, the floral notes would persistently stay in my nose, even after finishing a cup. I like a little rose once in a while, but this blend was too much for me. If you are a big fan of strong florals, this is the drink for you! But for me, I daresay, it was not my cup of tea.

The taste is smooth, light , with a hint of saffron and rose (i.e. it is not overpowering). With that said, I think the price ($17.75 for 36 tea bags) is a tad pricey. Not sure if I will be buying it again because of the price . The taste is wonderful though.

It was out of stock, but fortunately I was notified it was back in stock long before the actual expected date, probably because of the high demand and ROT likes to keep their loyal customers happy. It has a nice, sweet taste, is very mild and the color is a beautiful surprise, a very vivid golden. The smell is nice, and it is also good with milk, which slightly changes the taste, so it is like getting two teas in one. I am happy to say my eyesight has improved since taking this tea once a day. I use a 10 oz mug with two tea pouches. I will order this one regularly. It works and tastes good. I even told my eye doctor about it.

This is the closest thing I've found since, and combines two of my favorite flavors in one tea. I love this tea, it's floral and soothing. I had one tea bag explode in my cup and that wasn't so much fun, and hope that was a one-off. Definitely a great tin to have in the cupboard, otherwise!

Seems to also affect my physical, mental & emotional body with great tranquility. This one I hope you'll keep in stock if possible. I can taste a little sweetness, but it is not assertive enough to define its source. The other flavors create a nice, balanced background. It's really hard to describe the flavor of this tea - the flavors blend so well. My husband and I have been enjoying it hot. He adds a little sweetener to his, I enjoy it as is.
