I dump the packet in a glass and add just enough hot water to dissolve it, two ice cubes to cool it down and a can of sparkling water. Bonus that it helps lower my blood sugar if I drink it on an empty stomach 15 minutes before a meal.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I bought this because I've heard that apple cider vinegar is good for kidney health as is cranberry juice; also this vinegar contains citric acid which supposedly dissolves kidney stones. So I decided to try it. My urologist says this is not scientifically proven. After 2 weeks of drinking these sips, I haven't tasted vinegar and they don't seem to be causing any harm. I enjoy them and they get me to drink more water! Also I like cranberries. Because I have difficulty pouring the powder into 16.9 oz bottles of water, I pour the powder into a 4-cup measuring cup and fill it with water to about the 16 ounce line. Then I whisk it until the powder is dissolved.

Its lightly tart, hint of sweet, and very refreshing - reminds me of a cranberry hibiscus lemonade. I am going to have to add this to my autoship. I am not a fan of sweet, and often times packaged mixes like this by other brands are way sweeter than I like, which is why I hadn't made it a priority to try it. I am so glad this was a sample though, because otherwise I would be completely missing out on a new favorite.

I would recommend pouring a little of the water out of the bottle before adding powder-otherwise the powder sits on top of the bottle,making a mess and then drops down to the bottom in a clump. It also wets the top of the packet if your not careful making it hard to get the powder out.Otherwise, I love the drink and will definitely order some, taking the precautions above.

I have a home recipe for a lemon apple cider vinegar drink but I never remember to make it. These singles sounded interesting. I mostly only drink water and tea so my beverage selection gets kind of boring. I don't do sugar or fake sugar of any kind. I was excited to see that this mix has none. The mix dissolved quickly in my water just by shaking it. It has a great cranberry flavor with a hint of the apple cider vinegar. It has a really clean finish! I absolutely love this drink!
