I gave it 5 different tries and every time, woke up with eczema. :( Since there are 4 ingredients, not 100% sure which one was the culprit -- guessing ashwagandha. However, might be fine for everyone else. Still, I would like to see a new 'Calm' tea with just lemon balm, licorice and passion fruit, without the ashwagandha.

Every time I drink before bed, I sleep quite deep and wake feeling well rested. The flavor is not one I adore. Reminds me of chamomile which I don’t care for. But I don’t have to choke it down, just sip with intention. The result is so worth it regardless!

I was hesitant to try a "clarity" tea later in the day because I didn't need clarity that equaled energy…I just needed my brain to not feel like mush. It worked perfectly. I was even able to sort out some additional work later that evening, and still managed a good night's rest.

When I have a stressful day I immediately drink a cup and I feel the tension slide away. If it's a very stressful day I also add a cup of Burn Out Blocker. Makes me feel like normal instead of a cranky dragon. I gave this tea to 3 of my kids for Christmas and they are all now hooked on it. I add a couple of drops of monk fruit and I'm good for hours.

If you don't experience thyroid issues this would be great. The other Super Adapt teas, especially the Restore and the Burnout Blocker, are fantastic though. I would love to see an ashwagandha blend formulated without contraindication for thyroid issues.

It has a strong herbal flavor, so it may not be for everyone, but I don't mind that taste at all. You really do feel calmer after drinking this. Be sure not to steep it too hot and sip slowly for best results :) I find that it pairs really well with the SuperAdapt Stress Suppress Tea, and I sometimes blend them together for an extra stress-relieving cup. Supposedly, these herbs help to suppress the production of the stress hormone cortisol. Just what one needs in these stressful times.

But for me at least, this is a bedtime tea only - it's great for sleep, but there's no way I could drink it and go to work. However, I do brew each bag twice and I use a lot of water on the second brew so it's really weak. That brew, I can drink earlier in the day. It's a must try if you struggle with insomnia!

I have other teas that feature ashwagandha but with enough other ingredients and flavors, so you don't taste it. To me this tasted what I imagine a dirt pie would taste like. I have added some other hibiscus and lemon teas to it, though, which will help me get through it and not waste my money. I wouldn't encourage anyone to get it without trying it first, though. Maybe try the sample size pack, first. I'm glad I did.

It should help others with hypothyroidism as well, not to mention that the herb in particular comes from an Indian medical practice.

I am a fan of licorice teas, and while the licorice flavor is noticeable, it is balanced by the brighter, citrus-herbal profile of the lemon balm. The flavor is not overwhelming, which suits me perfectly as I dislike overly-flavored teas.

I noticed since drinking this tea at night, I wake up much earlier than usual and I feel good! My only issue is the price. I would like to be paying 8,9, or even $10 for 36 bags not $13 or $14. The best way to describe the smell really is French-style green beans, like the kind you get in a can. Just imagine smelling the French-style green bean water. That's what this tea smells like when brewed, and the taste is also a bit green-beany. Anyway, I'll finish the canister but will try something else from Republic of Tea next time.

Somehow this magic little tea feels like it opens my mind when I sip it regularly to reset my perspective so that I can see how certain things really arent worth stressing over. If I really feel like I need a hard reset, or I just want to feel deep clarity, I'll drink this tea, then light some incense to lay down and meditate for a while. I never imagined that a tea could really be so calming and centering, but it really is. I've been drinking this tea almost every night/ every other night for 3 months and I feel like a new, tranquil, blissful person!

After the loss of my husband of 52 years this year, the stress of adjustment and finding myself brought on sleepless nights and over active mind. Everyone suggested drugs to get me through my loss but I chose teas and faith. I had no idea what adaptogens were but decided to add this tea to my usual order. I have found this tea to be calming and tasteful. Is it helping? I can only say I enjoy the aroma and taste and feel better after drinking it. Sitting down to a cup of tea should always be relaxing and not rushed. I do believe India has many secret herbals the west could benefit from if we would open our minds. Maybe researchers need to drink tea and not coffee! I just know I'm not on drugs and I am healing.
