I love cozying up to this after a long day. Its extra comforting in the cold.
I bought Stress Suppress this earlier this month and it has been the best for both focusing and quieting the mind. Absolutely the best and with a pleasing taste!
I had an issue with the delivery of my items. I reached out to customer service and they took care of it right away as no cost to me. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with.
I purchased a tin of this because of the Tulsi, and I really like the aroma and flavor in with the rose and hibiscus. I drink this in the evenings and find it a very delightful way to end the day.
This stress suppress tea is delicious. It also made me feel more relaxed, because of the St. John’s wort, I suppose.
I'm a school teacher and I drink this all day long. The tulsi is really refreshing and I appreciate its unique flavor which I find uplifting. I often mix a tea bag of this with a tea bag of Calm & Clarity which contains ashwaganda.
Superb tea!
I have been sipping this tea every day since it arrived. It is such a relaxing blend that has a natural sweetness and balanced flavor. I personally love the rose-forward flavor of this tea and find that it isn’t overpowering.
This is my second order of this tea. I love the flavor. I bought it for its blood pressure reducing properties and its calming effect.
This tea really helps to calm my anxiety. It has also helped with my heart situation. I enjoy this tea. I recommend this tea
actually worked and tastes good too
I just tried Super Adapt Stress Suppress Tea on a particularly bad day and felt the calm. It tastes good too. I was so glad to see that they have added a Tulsi based tea.
I enjoy this tea because it tastes good in the evening, after dinner. It also does actually reduce stress, resulting in a better night's sleep. My only comment for the manufacturer is that, although the name has nice alliteration to it, suppressing stress doesn't sound like a healthy thing to do. A name that conveys a release of stress might be both more accurate and appealing.
This tea is something that I have every day as a chronic worrier and I love that it makes me feel so much more calm after I drink it. My all time favorite tea!
This one was a miss for me. The floral notes are so overwhelming as to detract from my enjoyment. I don't normally add cream to my tea, but it will be necessary with this one to finish the canister.
I'm a fan of warm, spicy, cozy teas; so take this with a grain of salt based on that. This has a very floral smell and flavor. I drink it, but I wouldn't order it again.
This is currently my favorite SuperAdapt tea. I love its smell and rose flavor. I would drink this tea even without the added benefit of adaptogenic herbs.
This tea is so tasty, it has become the tea of my nighttime routine!
This is such a wonderful blend. No wonder it was out of stock for so long. Will definitely purchase again.
I was so stressed when this was out of stock… I depend on this tea! I like to drink Clarity and Calm in the morning and Stress Suppress in the afternoon. I do believe it works. I enjoy the flavor more than that of any of the other adaptogenic teas; it has a reddish color and a rosehip delicious taste.
Gifted this to my daughter, a healthcare worker, and she says it has helped her and tastes good too.
This tea is soothing and really does help anxiety after several days. I sometimes combine it with the Clarity and Calm tea for an extra effective cup against stress. I find the rose aroma and herbal taste to be quite soothing, especially with a teaspoon of honey.
From the initial aroma to the last sip, this tea is just fabulous. It was a staple for me during covid times and very helpful for calming me down in times of grief and loss. I find it tremendously helpful and am very sorry it has been out of stock for so long - please bring it back!!
This tea will be a regular re-order for me. It is delicious- I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. I can't speak to the less stress aspect- I find just the act of making, sitting down, and drinking a cup of herbal tea reduces stress for me.
This delicious tea was my daily tea during the majority of Covid concern. It tastes Rosey, which is a flavor I love. Most importantly, after a few days of drinking it, this tea made me less anxious and helped me to focus and be less scattered.
I admit I imbibe with a nice glass of red wine to let go of the day's stress. What I have learned is that even 1 glass can disrupt my sleep. Enter Super Adapt Stress Response tea!! I can feel the stress melt away as I sip. Thank you Republic of Tea for this healthy and yummy alternative 💙
I was so excited about getting this tea. I was looking forward to experiencing all its advertised attributes. It may be a great anti-stress tea, but the rose flavor and scent are so overpowering that I simply cannot drink it.
I sip this tea daily on my afternoon wind down or in the evening before sleep. I really like the flavor- it has a smooth taste that is a sweet treat. I have tried many "stress " teas and this is my favorite
I enjoy strong herbal and rose scents and flavors honestly if they mad a candle based on the scent of this tea I would buy it! The taste is herbal and rose forward but I enjoy those flavors and found it relaxing.
I use this tea to manage daily stress, I tend to combine it with the "Get Happy" and peppermint tea to create a delicious stress reducing combo. Highly recommend anyone try this combo.
such a delicious flowery and rose taste. My favorite tea.
Tastes fine on its own, without anything added in my opinion. It has a strong herbal flavor, so it may not be for everyone, but I don't mind that taste at all. You really do feel calmer after drinking this. Be sure not to steep it too hot and sip slowly for best results :) I find that it pairs really well with the Clarity and Calm Tea that has Ashwagandha in it, and I sometimes blend them together for an extra stress-relieving cup. Supposedly, these herbs help to suppress the production of the stress hormone cortisol. Just what one needs in these stressful times.
Love the taste of this tea and it does help me destress and focus! I drink it all the time and had lots of tin cans lying around so was happy to be able to order the bulk bag. Hope the bulk option is expanded to more teas!!
Hoping this will de stress me
This is a bedtime tea for me, and it completes relaxes me and knocks me out as well as melatonin. I can drink the second brew (much weaker) as iced tea during the day time for stress relief. It's super floral, which I love, but be warned if you don't like that. Heavy on the rose, it smells amazing and tastes just as good! Don't ever stop making this tea!!!
Great tea, just wish I ordered a few more for variety.
i would drink this tea during a very intense time in my life in graduate school. the aroma always reminded me to get grounded, and helped me wean off two cups of coffee while dealing with intense graduate study loads. It's now my mom's favorite as she goes through intense days at work.
I was really excited about this stress relieving tea and I tried to read the ingredients before I purchased, however, this has roses in it and I found that out quite quickly when I opened it. I am allergic to roses and lots of teas and beauty products are adding them now. So I had to toss this tea.
This tea has a light floral taste, but if left to sit in the water is strong enough and good at covering up the tastes of things like protein powder. Helps with stress, but probably not noticeably more than other teas. Not as good as some of the other fruit teas I have tried from the Republic of Tea, but that may just be my preference
I am seeking anything that will help me alleviate anxiety related to health and work stress. Interestingly this tea does help unless psychologically. Really appreciate all the great options Republic offers as really has helped eliminate coffee consumption and do not miss it all.
This is not my favorite flavor because I'm not a big fan of Tulsi flavor. Still, this is one of my go to teas when going through hard times.
I feel so relaxed when i drink this and especially on stressful days. It also helps me feel more focus and clear headed. I usually like to drink it toward the end of the day to wind down. I really like the floral notes that it has
Who doesn't have stress? This tea is probably my favorite. I actually got 2 bags of bulk, because I really, really don't want to run out.
I usually like my adaptagens in coffee to mask the taste but, I took a chance on this tea. I love it. It's bright and rosey without the medicinal muddiness of my other mushroom beverages. Just drinking it has been such a joy that I'm not sure if it's the adaptagens or the flavor that lifts my spirits. I'm not sure that it matters.
I got this tea through our apartment's participation in a food rescue program. Why no one took this before I got there (I was LAST), I have no idea but... I am thankful because not only is this tea very efficient at calming me down, it is also TRULY DELICIOUS. When I'm feeling overwhelmed, I have a cup of this and Holy Basil! I feel much better. It's expensive (for my budget) and I would likely have not tried it but, I'll definitely figure out a way to purchase this in the future. It works.
This tea calms me down so much, I forget why I was stressed in the first place! Wonderful floral notes, and great at the end of a long day! Definitely recommend.
My kids and I love this tea! It is very relaxing. It tastes and smells like roses. I highly recommend.
I've dealt with high stress due to having 2 kids on the spectrum, ASD. So I have had my share of relaxing teas. This one is super strong, it calms you on your first sip. If you don't want it to taste too florar, consider diluting and mixing with another tea or something else. I'll drink it the whole week before bedtime.
I wasn't sure about this one as I don't feel that I'm all that stressed but I do have bad insomnia - I guess that's a stress anyway! After 2 bad nights with little sleep and a sore back from my chiropractor appointment after not going in for 2 months, I am working but feeling like a brain dead zombie. Tried a cup of this and frankly I feel MUCH better, I was surprised! I still need sleep but I think I can make it through the day at least! The flavor is pleasant, not overpowering. Highly recommend.
This tea is very soothing ! The moment you sip it the scent of Roses hits your nose and relaxes you ! It's not overwhelming it's just right ..
This tea really takes the edge off during these stressful times. Turn off the news and enjoy a cuppa!
I've tried them all and this actually has a calming effect. My all time favorite now.
Way too flowery for me. I thought the taste would be more like the Downton Abbey tea, which has a hint of rose wafting to your nose as you sip, very pleasant but I dislike stevia, so thought the Stress Suppress would a good alternative. Unfortunately the rose is overpowering.
The rose flavor was too intense for me in this one.
This is quickly becoming my favorite tea. Very aromatic and very good flavor. Highly recommend ??
This tea first grabbed my attention because I had read about the potential of adaptogen herbs. I read all of the descriptions with great interest, and was thrilled to receive samples in my order. One cup and I knew that these blends were something special. My job can often be stressful, so instead of coffee this morning I decided to start my day with some Stress Suppress, and as a result had a much more peaceful morning.
I got this as a sample with my order. This is very floral, where the scent of rose comes out. I thought I noted a hint of spearmint, lemon verbena or lemon grass, and some mild deeper notes but clearly those are not the ingredients. It does smell a bit like potpourri, but I find it a smooth, calming note for the evening beverage. If you don't like floral teas, this may not be for you, but I thought I didn't, then I got a sample of this when I ordered Beauty Sleep tea, which I first tried as a sample and have changed my mind.
Got thus tea as a sample with the two teas I purchased. This was a wonderful tasting and calming tea. I drank it in the late evening and just felt kore relaxed. Love this tea. Would love a sample of the Rest and Restore to compare fir my next review.?????
I received this as a sample. If you like floral teas than you might like this one. The description says floral and fruity but I mostly taste the floral. I feel like i'm drinking potpourri. It's mild flavored and slightly minty.
I received this as a sample with my order of Get Clean. think Stress Suppress could be helpful, relaxing, in its own way. It smells like an herbal facial oil, and I'm still trying to figure out the taste. Maybe its the rose I taste, but I feel like I should be soaking in it instead of drinking it. I poured it over ice, and its better this way, to me.
I found this tea at Whole Foods on March 7, even though it's not available online yet till April 1, so I guess I lucked out with a sneak preview. I do really like this tea, and it really does alleviate stress and calm anxiety! Recently I took a break from all my supplements for about a week, like you're supposed to do occasionally, and one day I was feeling very stressed and anxious, and I thought this would be a great opportunity to test this tea, so I had a cup. I'd say within about half an hour, all my stress and anxiety melted away! The difference was truly remarkable. So, this tea is definitely a keeper for me. It's also a lovely tea anyway. It smells beautifully of roses, and has a rosy taste, too. (The tin says the ingredients include "natural rose flavor.") You can smell and taste the tulsi, too, and a hint of hibiscus. Note that this is one you shouldn't just leave the bag in, as I usually do with other teas -- if it steeps too long, it can get sharp and bitter, which I think is due to the hibiscus and/or the tulsi. It seems to turn out best when brewed close to the ROT recommendations of 6 oz. water, 5-7 min. steep time. I usually do about 7 oz., 8 min. Highly recommended to give it a try!
