Was a gift to be sent to another state but the automatic default seemed to be MY address because I rec'd the gift at my home. I called to get it corrected and they couldn't correct by phone, had to have someone from their online portion of the company call me back the following Monday, which they did and they corrected and sent, at no extra cost. Gift was rec'd by recipient and she loved it! She loves butterflies/flowers so win win on this mug.
