It's just the right blend of spices for my taste (though I know 'chai' spice blends are highly personal). The cinnamon is not overwhelming, and the other spices come through nicely.

The blend of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and cloves tastes wonderful and feels like Christmas in a cup. I'm usually wary of natural flavors,' but 'll let it slide this time because the taste is just that good. Next time, I'll read the label more carefully, but for now, I'm happily sipping!

My first cup was one bag with six ounces of water, but it was weak, so I got a larger mug (13 ounces) and put two tea bags in it. It definitely had more flavor in it despite it having more water per ounce/bag but it doesn't have a lot of depth to it. That might be due to the vanilla being a more mellow flavor, but it's still good and if you do like that lighter taste with cinnamon flavor you'll enjoy this. My kettle is set to 205 degrees for all my teas.
