To keep the winter blues away, mix with warmed lemonade and inhale steam deeply before drinking. Reuse the leftover tea bag for facial steaming and/or steam relief for congestion by putting the leftover tea bag in a pot of boiling water and covering head with towel over the pot (be sure to turn off the heat source before getting the towel near the heat source) and breathing in the steam.

But then again, few of us eat sea buckthorn berries. I appreciate that this contains aloe, but I think that the "beauty teas" are for not for me. Because the important thing for beauty is not about some unique or special berries, it's about staying hydrated throughout the day. I wouldn't have guessed from the advertising or packaging, but it's basically Jamaica (a popular drink in Mexico), with some nice added flavors. It's okay hot, but really good when cold. I am skeptical that it has any "beautifying" benefits, but the doctors in Mexico advised me to try to drink more Jamaica to lower my blood pressure and this is the most delicious version of Jamaica I've ever had. It will be a keeper.
