The moment I opened the tin I could already tell I was going to love this tea from the aroma just coming from the tin. I use a larger tea cup so I have to use two sometimes 3 bags to get the deep flavor I want, but I am fine with that. I chew on cinnamon sticks so I know my level of cinnamon is much bolder than some. Stir to extract the full amount after 5-7 minutes, or simply leave them in until cold. Then dilute over lots of ice to desired taste. This is a great way to have a cold flavored drink throughout the work day and evening. Beats water, I'm hooked!

Before I would take sticks of cinnamon & soak them in cups of hot water on a coffee cup warmer. If you don't like strong cinnamon, just add water. I have to be careful about overdosing, but most people don't drink 4 tea bags a day (2 teabags per 10 oz.(283gm) mug).

I usually drink it with a splash of milk and if I am feeling fancy I whip up some milk for the top with my frother as well...add an additional sprinkle of cinnamon and it is practically a dessert! It is warm, comforting and full of flavor! Lately I have been bringing it in a thermos to work with me and just let it steep the entire day.

Other teas add additional ingredients, but if you have a sensitive stomach like I do, these additional ingredients can wreak havoc on your gut. This tea doesn't do that. I use two teabags sometimes for deeper flavor, and I feel better even just knowing that cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties. Five stars all around!

I use two bags at a time for the extra heft and spice, and I drink it without any sweetener or milk. At first it was just an occasional treat, but now it's become my morning drink, since caffeine started giving me headaches. It's one of the only teas that stands up to my morning desire for something sturdy. I miss my English breakfast, but this little tea offers me joy. Naturally sweet, smooth, and pleasantly spicy.

Recently, I added this cinnamon tea to the pot and it covered all of the other flavors without over power the mixture. And since then I have added one more--the Red Tea--Cinnamon and Apples. Can't have too much cinnamon.

I love the Republic teas, but after I have one can to try a flavor, don't want to keep buying it by the can. When I know I like it, then I want to buy it by the bag to get many more cups!.. It doesn't need milk or anything else. It is delicious hot and a surprising treat iced. The cinnamon color is just beautiful and I don't see a lot of sediment, either. R of T really hit this one out of the park. I steep it for 7 minutes and it is not overbearing at all. This purchase will be on perpetual repeat.
