I thought I would be disappointed in at least one of the chais but I wasn't. I feel like each flavor was different enough to offer good variety but all had that basic spicy chai taste. The green chai was a pleasant surprise that is tasty on it's own without milk or sugar added. I like the bold black chai and mushroom coca with milk and sugar/honey. Absolutely adore the mushroom cocoa one. It is my favorite! However, I would be glad to get them all again.

I will say that I wish the bold black chai was a little bolder. I have to double up to get the strength I like. But overall this is a very tasty tea.

I'm always hoping to find that chai in teabag form, and this set is the closest I've come. The green is my favorite, followed by the black, then the mushroom. I love that, unlike most chai blends, there is a fair amount of cardamom that's not overpowered by cloves and pepper. The green and the black taste fairly similar; the mushroom adds a bit of earthiness to the flavor. I steep all of them for a few minutes longer than recommended, and I serve with oat milk. No sweetener needed unless you're used to sweet chais (e.g., Oregon Chai, Starbucks, etc.) I just wish the green and the mushroom were available in their own tins!

I've been searching for many many years for the perfect green tea. The green chai in this trio is a knock out. It has none of the astringent harsh taste other green teas do. The Mushroom Cacao Chai has an exotic flavor that is more earthy than just cacao. Just a note of "chocolate". The Bold Green Chai is a milder Chai due to the green tea. The Bold Black Chai is what I think of when I want a good strong Chai!!! Delicious as a latte!!!!

I like tea a lot so I find it hard to say anything bad it has to be a very bad tea and I will say so if I think it is. I like the blends with the different commotions. I have stomach issues, so I have to be careful, but the tea does help me very much.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I'd pretty much given up hope of ever finding a chai tea in a bag that tasted anything remotely like the chai from my favorite Nepalese restaurant. Imagine my surprise when I found not one, but THREE contenders! All three flavors are excellent with a long steeping time and milk (almond or oat for me), nothing more. To my surprise, the green is most similar to what I've come to expect from "chai." I like the mushroom next best, since it's nice to have a caffeine free option for evenings. The black really is bold and black, but tasty as the other two. I especially love that they are organic & elephant friendly (which unfortunately can't be said for all ROT offerings). I almost didn't buy these because I didn't want to be disappointed by yet another chai, so I'm thrilled to have added three new flavors to my repertoire! I hope ROT will offer all three of these as individual cans and refills indefinitely.

It is so wonderful that this is a wildlife friendly product as well, reminding of the majesty of elephants every time i pick up the set. Bold black chai is a strong brew with the lovely cardamom and black pepper fragrance, and takes well to milk or milk substitute. Bold green chai is a slightly gentler caffeine boost without sacrificing spice, i enjoy drinking this without add ons for a green, earthy, spicy flavor. The star player for me here was the Mushroom cacao chai! The cacao and carob notes are very forward and the reishi notes fit right in to make something rich and decadent and earthy. It's caffeine free so it can be taken any time of the day. Please, I hope that Mushroom cacao chai is available in bulk or as a standalone product, it is truly a gem.
