I love it warmth and ease to drink, no added sugar or dairy is needed. Might be a placebo effect but I manage to get through the last three seasons untouched by the dreaded viruses. If its not in my heads then DARN this works !! It is a nice slightly spicy smooth blend with no aftertaste.

Someone starts feeling a little under the weather, so I brew them a cup of this tea, and like magic they feel better every time! In fact, this order was for my Uncle as it helped him so much, he wanted a tin of his own. The taste took a little getting used to for me, but everyone I give it to says it tastes fine. As a side note, this last order was accidently shipped to the wrong person and I received her order. I woke up Friday night with a stuffy nose and also had a lot of mucus. On Saturday morning I decided to try to nip whatever I was coming down with in the bud. I drank an emergen-c, brewed up a hot cup of this wonderful "get protected number 24" tea and took a thieves cough drop and then rested the remainder of the day. By Sunday morning I was feeling much better. The stuffy nose and mucus was gone and I mostly only had some body aches left. I always pull out this tea when I feel like I am coming down with something and it always works. You need this tea!!

I've been giving this tea to my family at the first sign of a cold for about a year now. It is great for making us feel better right away just about every time we start to feel ill. Recently, we had several people at work with minor cough and congestion, so I busted out this tea and gave it to everyone as they became afflicted. They all felt better and dubbed me the witch doctor because of this tea. I felt like it took a minute to get used to the taste as it's a bit different with the rosemary and eucalyptus, but everyone else whom I've given it to has liked the taste very much.

I love the ingredients of this one and the aroma but am not sure about the flavor yet (not offensive at all; just not sure). Of course, I will continue giving it more chances to make me warm up to it. That's the reason I gave it 3 stars, and because I am still not convinced of its "protective" properties. That will probably take some time.

I enjoy starting my days with a few cups of tea over the morning. Some green or breakfast teas that have that small caffeine nudge to get my day moving. Later however, I like to brew up some Get Protected to keep motoring through the afternoon. The spice and sweetness are wonderful alternatives to traditional tea flavors.

I was a little disappointed that it is really all herbs and does not have elderberry, echinacea, or other traditional cold and flu fighters but the scent does clear my head when I have a head cold.

I also love the taste. A little honey added makes it even better. But my favorite is combining it with orange tumeric tea. May sound weird but the combo is SO GOOD and such a great anti inflammatory!

As with most of the Be Well Red Teas, I don't do much care what its benefits might be because the flavor is just so robustly wonderful. This is going to be a staple for me going forward.
