The different temperatures settings for my green tea, verses black tea, and herbal teas are perfect. Being able to see the water makes it better. The water seems to boil faster when I can see the water. Haha. The double wall makes it much safer, temperature wise.
This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars Love having my water heated so fast in the morning. Cup levels should be on the side where the lid opens or in the middle. White rubber(?) base cushions come off when I slide the unit to clean the counter. I would prefer the keep warm feature last 45 minutes.

The temperature settings make a perfect cup of tea and the keep warm feature is used often. I liked it so much that I purchased one for my son and daughter-in-law and they love it too. Highly recommend.

There are a number of settings for water temp, and a hold button to keep the water where you want it. And it’s so fast. A real classic, and nice to look at, too!

Surely after goning to all the trouble of bringing this item to market, they want people to buy it? I'm looking for a strong response dealing with this issue, and providing the confidence and enthusiastic encouragement to your customers to forge ahead and order lots of them
