I wrapped them up and placed them under the tree. Even though she knew I had ordered the new cups, when she opened the package, she was thrilled with them. They are works of art.

I don’t know about microwave and dishwasher use, because I always wash by hand and never heat my water in the cup. You’ll just love these. Would be a perfect gift idea.

They are large enough to hold a full cup of tea but being made of bone china are still light weight and comfortable to hold. The Monet designs are beautiful and have so far held up very well being washed in the dishwasher every day. I would definitely recommend these mugs.
