Have always been a fan of Strawberry Shortcake and Lemon Chiffon so gave Carrot Cake a try. Not used to a vegetable flavor in tea but they pulled it off with a little bit of that cake spiced added. Maybe some whipped cream can add to the dessert theme? Not a bad tea especially if you love carrot cake!

Our daughter, on the other hand, didn't like it. She felt that it was weak, but she may not have steeped it long enough, as it recommends up to 7 minutes, which is unusual.

If they can get a stronger carrot flavor into this tea, I will give it a full 5 stars. If you prefer a light carrot taste, then this is for you.

I noticed a lot of “natural flavors,” including butter flavor, walnut flavor, vanilla flavor, and biscuit flavor for some reason. Come on ROT, I expect better from you. Either add real ingredients or just keep it simple and skip them (do we really need biscuit flavoring?).

I am not a fan of any of them to be honest. The carrot cake is sweet for some reason and tastes like artificial sweetener or stevia. Leaves an aftertaste. Now I have a bunch of canisters I can't do anything with sadly.

Like the ROT's other dessert teas, this does best steeped for as long as humanly possible and with some milk/cream and sweetener. My partner, an avid carrot cake fan said this hits the spot for when he wants to run to the bakery and get some, but doesn't want to gain weight lol. We are very happy with this! Has lots of depth and the notes of vanilla , butter and carrot all make for a bodied, wholesome flavor and mouthfeel. Have yet to try iced but this is wonderful as a hot drink for comfort. :)

Its a really lovely tea! I think if you're expecting it to taste like boxed carrot cake with lots of frosting, you'll be disappointed. But if you're hoping for more of a homemade carrot cake, with just enough frosting/sweetness to offset the spices in the cake, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

After brewing, I can taste like a cream cheese frosting that reminds me of carrot cake. It has the spices that really distinguish it from other cakes. I do add a splash of cream and some caramel skinny syrup to sweeten it. If you like carrot cake, then this will be so enjoyable.

It barely has a flavor at all. I was surprised and disappointed by Republic Of Tea selling something so inaccurately named and advertised. My can was new, unopened, and in-date from a sales/grocery.

I guess I discovered what I like about Carrot Cake is the fat content :-/ and the cream cheese frosting, neither of which is in this blend, naturally. It's not Republic of Tea's fault, just not to my taste.

I was only slightly disappointed with the taste, but the tea was still great. If you add just a tiny bit of cream, it was so much better, I don't normally put additives in my tea, but it worked well. I did finish the canister! I am willing to try the next cake tea as well soon!

Carrot Cake was my next choice. PERFECTLY MARVELOUS! I am seriously worried that you will discontinue these selections as you did my favorite Blueberry Bundt tea. I ordered the bulk 250 bags as an insurance.... but I drink a lot of tea.

SO glad I did; it's absolutely delicious and so comforting. I add some frothed vanilla oat milk to the top, and it substitutes dessert. ( And I usually drink tea straight up, no milk) This is by far my new favorite. Ordering more!

It's okay but not something we will likely order again since it really doesn't leave an impression of cake flavors like the other Cuppa Cakes.
