I hate constantly ordering (I try to be ecofriendly, less shipments and carbon footprint). But it goes great in both tea and coffee (a trick I learned from the carmel honey Co salesperson), so basically I use this for everything.

The honey is just average for that use, in my opinion. I love the Cinnamon Honey, but as it is unavailable at this time I thought I would give the Bridgerton White Honey a try.

If you don't have a strong sweet tooth, don't do as I did with your first cup: Fill a teaspoon! I'd begin with a little and build up the next time I add this particular honey to my tea.

The sweetness is gentle and palatable in your lighter teas (white/green) and effective in your heavier teas (black/breakfast/rooibos).

This honey is suitable for any tea as it is not a specific flavor like lemon or jasmine. It's too bad it's out of stock. I wanted to order more. I highly recommend!!!
