Violet and Mary Tea
Delicious and refreshing cup of lemon tea with a touch of refreshing mint. Really like, and would definitely recommend.
It’s beautiful!
I really enjoy this tea from Republic Tea Co.
This is a very strong lavender forward tea, which I LOVE but if you don’t like lavender you probably won’t care for it. I like pairing it with a black tea if I’m wanting caffeine, but most often sip it in the evening before bed with a little milk. A perfect caffeine free tea for after dinner and in the evening. It may be a new favorite!
These Downton Abbey collection teas are so pretty and look wonderful with my Downton merch.
I love good tea and these are. They are the perfect relaxer any time of day. Especially in the evening after a very hectic day.
I love the tea and the TIN!!!
What a lovely cup of tea
This is a very nice tea, very herbal favor and peaceful
Helps me to relax
The flavor blend in this tea is very soothing. I did not find anything to be overwhelming, and really enjoyed the novelty of the scents.
Very strong mint flavor. Those who do not favor mint or are sensitive to it should purchase a different flavor. There are many to choose from.
I find this tea to be beautifully strong and interesting in flavor. I have repurchased several times and will continue to do so!
My seven year old approves.
Found this to be a very pleasant flavorful herbal tea. It's not overpowering and is a great alternative to my usual preferred fruit flavor teas. My husband and teenage daughter even love it!
Sadly, this tea is too antiseptic smelling, and I just couldn't muster the strength to try it. I requested a refund, but they wanted me to ship back at my own expense, which was disappointing; and so I gave it away. It certainly isn't what I expected from Violet and Mary tea. Sad
I was not expecting to buy this tea until I tried a sample and was blown away! 😂 The mint, rosemary and lavender make a lovely combination! I love teas with a bit of an "earthy" taste and this does not disappoint!
I have purchased so many cans of this tea- it is herby, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I usually just drink it plain. Wonderfully refreshing when brewed strong with ice too.
I drink this hot with no additions. It makes an interesting and complex cup of tea with no false tastes that some of the Downton Abbey themed teas can have. I'd drink this in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
Soothing and sophisticated, nice to wind down at the end of a long day
Thought I would like this tea as I loved the previous Mary and Violet blended tea. This combination is very weak, even with 2 tea bags it still tastes like barely flavored water. Not a fan, will not purchase again. Don't mess with the original, there's a reason things are popular.
I live in an Old Folks Home. I give a Welcoming Tea Party for the new residents (ladies). When I say I am serving Downton Abbey Tea, they all swoon and love the thought of hobnobbing with the Crawleys. We like the fact that is is slightly sweet and caffeine-free.
This light tea is very pleasant and has nice herbal notes -- slightly grassy and lemony. I would recommend using exactly 6 oz of water and steeping it for at least 7 minutes to get full flavors. Otherwise, it's way too light.
A great minty blend I mostly taste the mint lavender and lemon verbena. I love that it's a mild mint with other herbs blended in it tastes like a spearmint to me.
Violet and Mary is a soothing choice for evening tea. By comparison, chamomile tea is a "warm" evening tea. This one is "cool" and light. It is a fairly standard evening blend with perhaps different proportions when compared to others. The aroma is pleasing. I enjoy it.
This flavor combination is very refreshing due to the lemon, and comforting due to the mint. I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but now I make sure it's always on hand. A lovely flavor combination is 1 bag of this tea with 2 bags of the Get Relaxed Lavender tea. Love it!
This tea has a smooth flavor. My son and I love this tea. We have enjoyed it at least three days a week since it was delivered. Highly recommend this tea!!
Received it as a sample with an order- it is an alight floral tea I did not find it too light. And it smelled great!
As delicate and genteel as the Downton ladies for whom the tea is suitably named, this delightful blend is a soothing and satisfying herbal experience in a cup. With its subtle and unexpected pastiche of mint, fruit and florals topped off with a zesty slice of citrus, R of T's latest addition to the franchise's tempting array of flavors is an escape to the more civilized days when 'taking tea" was an elaborate daily ritual. It certainly does the incomparable and invincible duo of "Violet and Mary" proud! As such, I would highly recommend this lovely herbal homage to Downtown's two most unforgettable characters.
It was good nothing crazy, I'm a big fruity or spicy tea fan but I feel like this one didn't have a ton of strong notes, still pleasant experience
I'm trying to cut down on caffeine and LOVE this tea because it's naturally caffeine free and sips like a normal tea. I drink this all day long
Love the mild taste. Not too overpowering and well-balanced. Great evening tea when I'm winding down.
What a great evening tea. The day is done and now it's time to relax and what better way than a cup of Downton Abbey Violet and Mary Tea.
great flavor- herbal, light, and minty. a nice one to sip when I want something refreshing but decaffeinated.
Took two tea bags and extended steep time of ten minutes to get ANY flavor at all. I really wanted to enjoy this one as it's named after two of my favorite characters but was very disappointed.
This tea gently warms me in winter and gently cools me, when iced, In summer. It has a lovely combo of herby flavors that soothe body & soul.
This tea is absolutely delicious! It has a unique floral taste that has a slight kick to it. All of the elements blend perfectly together, with no single ingredient outshadowing the other.
Very sophisticated with an uppercrust zing to it.
A very delicious tea that has a complex flavor to take you on a journey of happy memories.
