I gave this a shot with my elderflower tea as a boost for the herbal qualities of the elder flower and ginger. I was not disappointed. Be sure to keep a spoon at hand however as the ginger will settle to the bottom of the cup after awhile.

Especially as someone who deals with nausea due to health issues, the ginger helps my symptoms, I find myself even taking a nice spoonful of it in place of my usual ginger chews! Drizzle on pancakes, French Toast, waffles, biscuits, etc. 3. Vinaigrette addition. 4. Add to marinade for pork, chicken, salmon, etc. 5. Drizzle on scones, muffins, corn bread, toast, pound cake, polenta, trifles, ice cream, etc. 6. Drizzle on hot cereals such as Muesli, Farina, oatmeal, etc. Experiment and enjoy!
