And I love the blue color! Great taste. I add a little bit of my coffee creamer for a hint of sweetness. And it is a very relaxing latte before bedtime. Great product.

I made this tea in the evening about an hour before I wanted to go to bed. It made me feel more relaxed and I feel asleep easier that night as compared to other nights with out the tea. I am only rating it a 3 because I personally did not love the taste of it. It is not horrible, but just not a flavor I could see my self going back to again and again. Since I purchase dit, I have drank it multiple times and it does help me relax and fall asleep a little easier.

The capsules only make a very small amount of tea,( i use the lungo setting) - so it's one to sip and savor rather than huge latte drink. The berry flavor is very pronounced and a slight creaminess from the oat milk.

Even though I shook the capsule well before inserting into the machine, all the contents did not extract through. The flavor was not great, too sweet. I also don't trust the plastic capsules.
