This shopper rated the product 3 out of 5 stars I just purchased this item. Unfortunately they lid did not fit the pot. S/w CS they are going to send out a new lid and if that doesn’t work the plan is to return the item and they will decided if it can be replaced. The pot itself isn’t bad but it is not as sturdy as it looks on paper. Hopeful my we can work out the issues on this item considering the cost of it.

This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars I love the cork handle. The top cover is not friendly for other with hand disabilities so don't open the lid when the kettle is hot. The simple design is nice but no alarm for when it is ready. So I'd you're looking for a kettle with not much noise this one works.

What I mean is that I think it would be even better if it had a thermometer so that way you could have the water at the proper temperature, whether you're making a black tea, green or white !
