It's sweet and creamy and bright with no bitterness. The flavors really complement the bergamot of the earl gray making it nice and easy to sip or to gulp down.

It is so vanilla-forward that it drowns out any other taste, including the earl grey. To be clear, I don’t dislike the taste itself, which is fine, but I specifically bought it for the lemon flavor. I was very disappointed and will need to pay closer attention to the ingredients list next time.

Last order I got the orange which I loved (already bought a second tin) and this time decided to give the lemon a try. The flavor did not disappoint! Tastes crisp, smooth and does taste like a lemon teas cookie or lemon pound cake. A little sweet a little lemon zing with some other complex after tones. Great way to start your day or array of afternoon tea!

It has a stronger citrus fragrance to me than the orange-flavored ones, but it pairs better with the bergamot. Also great chilled or iced.

HOWEVER, I was surprised to discover that I really do like this Earl Grey Lemon Biscuit Black Tea. There is enough of a hint of vanilla in this tea to soften the flavors of bergamot and lemon. I do plan to purchase more when I run out of this tea.

Usually, lemon teas are too acidic for me, but this one is a delight, probably because of the biscuit flavor along with the hint of bergamot. It's a rich, smooth flavor. I make lemon Madeleines and dip them in elderflower syrup. This tea is absolutely perfect with them. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a traditional lemon tea, this isn’t it. But I personally liked that it had a lot going on. I would say his complex, not chaotic. A tasty twist that paid off.

I was dreading it would taste like Bigelow Lemon Lift, which is very one-dimensional, but fortunately this has a nice, light lemon flavor with biscuit in there, too. I'm very impressed.
