I was intrigued by the idea of this, but the end result tasted far more like the water that's left after you plump raisins for baking than a wine-inspired iced tea. Still have a few bags left, and will use them for that purpose so they don't go to waste, as they will likely add a nice extra layer of flavor to oatmeal cookies, but as an iced tea this was a miss for us.

I've had mixed luck with the other wine inspired iced teas, but this one was a winner. At first taste, the wineskin flavor hits. Then there's a dry hibiscus flavor and finally a sweet aftertaste. It's good and refreshing.

a little disappointing

I was hoping for a good wine flavor experience, as i love the taste of wine but cannot drink much of it. I tried it iced with sugar and without, but for me it has an "off taste" that is hard to describe but not to my liking. I will try a little more as sometimes it's just a matter of getting used to a new taste.
