MinTEA Mocktail

This beverage offers a revitalizing minty experience, perfect for those seeking a wellness-inspired sip without the alcohol.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz fresh, filtered water
  • 2 Organic Mint Fields tea bags
  • Fresh lime juice (to taste)
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup non-alcoholic ginger beer or ale

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring water to a rolling boil and steep tea bags for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and set aside to cool.
  3. In your cup, squeeze juice from the lime and mix in simple syrup.
  4. Pour in ginger beer and top with cooled peppermint tea.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and a lime wedge if desired, and enjoy.
