We created this elegant blend in honor of our 20th anniversary. Ceylon black tea leaves from the Court Lodge Estate in Nuwara Eliya on the island of Sri Lanka, along with full tea blossoms and white wine grapes from the Orange River Vineyard in South Africa, create an exquisite, light-colored cup with a fruity, floral profile. Infused with the essence of champagne, this blend is a true cup of celebration.

Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I keep a tea diary of all the new teas I try and I bought this tea to be my 100th entry. It is so fun and unique that it is a champagne tea. My thoughts on the tea itself: It is very subtle, in a lovely way. So light that it seems more like a green tea than a black (not bad). It comes out more floral than fruity. And the essence of champagne is gorgeous. This is indeed a special tea! I had a special tea party to mark the occasion and my friends all tried it as well. My friends reiterate the lighter tea taste and the floral notes, my husband added white chocolate notes. I rate all my teas out of 5 and this was a 4 for me = great. But I wanted to give it a 5 in this review because I was so pleased with my purchase, I'm delighted that this tea exists, it made my 100th tea tasting so special, and I really did like the tea!
