Inspired by the ancient Chinese philosophy of Ta Shun – Harmony for the Whole®, we believe in cultivating collective care and transforming everyday purchases into meaningful change.
Through our Women of Tea initiative, developed in partnership with the Ethical Tea Partnership we support the women and their families who bring our teas to life. At the heart of this work is our Women in Leadership program, a multi-year effort across tea-growing communities in Sri Lanka and India that is helping tens of thousands of women build the confidence and skills to lead in their tea-growing communities.
We also cultivate our long-standing alliances with impactful nonprofits that support causes that nourish communities, empower people, protect the environment, and uplift health and education around the globe.
