The lose leaf chamemile tea from the start, brings a soothing feeling with its sweet aroma, then turns very palatable at taste, causing a joyfully calming effect, which lingers througout the day.

Chamomile is the only herbal tea I can drink. I’m not to keen on anything else. This Chamomile Lemon tea is the best I’ve ever had. Chamomile is relaxing as it is. The addition of lavender makes it more so. If that weren’t enough, the skullcap and valerian root is just what this needs to send anyone with minor sleeping difficulties right off to slumber. I drink this often before bed and wake up feeling refreshed with no side effects. I plan to reorder this tea as needed.

This tea does seem to help me get relaxed and get to sleep more easily. It’s best if I use extra and let it steep a good ten minutes. The taste is fine...not too herby. The chamomile taste and scent are sweet. Thank you! (Please do not share my email address.)

Drinking 80oz of cold water a day in the winter is a bummer - but a nice, light, uncafeinated tea is a treat! I added an entire bottle of dried peppermint to this tin for a little extra oomph.
