This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars I love Cinnamon Plum. It's my absolute favorite tea. Just a little disappointed that after being on backorder (understandable), I didn't receive any email updates to let me know that it had indeed been shipped. I wasn't tracking or watching for it since I was waiting for an email update (which your rep said by phone I would receive when shipped). The package was unknowingly delivered to a rarely used door and sat out in the weather for two days.
