Good for Stress
First of all, I do not like the smell, which I found very flowery. Not fond of the taste, and I have to disagree with other reviewers because I love rooibos and this did not taste like rooisbos to me at all, but rather like eleuthero and lavender. That said, it did help me through a stressful situation and so I would drink it medicinally but not for pleasure. It did not make me sleepy.
I think it works
But, to get it to work I use 2 teabags per mug - and I do refill the mug at least once more with additional hot water so I don't think i'm wasting tea.
Excellent flavor.
I am currently drinking this at work, and honestly do feel a difference. The flavor profile is nice and muted. A little fruity, a little chamomile-ey. I am not a fan of chamomile, but this is a very pleasant sip.
This Tea is very good.
This Tea is very good. It calms me, it just soothes me too.
