I've tried a lot of similar teas of different brands that were designed for relaxation. Many of them do work but I never enjoyed the flavors...This tea is perfect. I drink a cup after dinner every evening...feel calm but not tired...and the combination of the yummy flavor plus the calming effects are perfect for me after a long day. Just takes the edge off stressful feelings!

First of all, I do not like the smell, which I found very flowery. Not fond of the taste, and I have to disagree with other reviewers because I love rooibos and this did not taste like rooisbos to me at all, but rather like eleuthero and lavender. That said, it did help me through a stressful situation and so I would drink it medicinally but not for pleasure. It did not make me sleepy.

I think it works

But, to get it to work I use 2 teabags per mug - and I do refill the mug at least once more with additional hot water so I don't think i'm wasting tea.
