My husband likes to drink this in evenings, especially in winter. I have my cocoa before bed and he enjoys this. He even says it does help him sleep better.

I'm not a huge fan, but I can use some help with sleep, so I thought I'd give this a shot. First off, the flavor is awesome. It's slightly minty and slightly sweet - almost like vanilla. I really enjoy the taste and that is saying a lot. It definitely makes me sleepy as well. It doesn't take away dreaming or anything like that, which is a bummer for me. But it does help me fall asleep and I wake up feeling more refreshed than without.

This tea does have stevia. Stevia is a gentle, natural sweetener, not an artificial one. No calories or effect on blood sugar. Just for info.
