I make a gallon at a time. I use a 1 gallon mason jar. One gallon of hot tap water. Not boiled or heated any more then it comes out of the tap. Organic honey about 1 or 2 table spoons. Steep 10 to 15 minutes.do not stir while steeping. Remove tea bags. Stir to make sure honey has dissipated. Chill.

This honey ginseng is one of my favorite green teas. I love the taste, if it was stronger I would have given it 5 stars. I usually need two bags to make it strong enough.
