Merchant's Tea
Upon entering one of the many carpet weavers shops in northern India, one will be greeted with a steaming cup of green chai. Light-liquoring green tea leaves blended with spicy ginger, cinnamon and cardamom are finished with the sweetness of fresh almonds. Serve this inviting blend with or without milk.

Full-Leaf Green Tea
Truly impressive matcha green teas and green full-leaf loose tea leaves contain antioxidants and rich flavor in every cup, derived from tea leaves that have been steamed, rolled, and then fired to perfection. Go ahead – steep a pot and savor the longtime treasure of China and Japan.

Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)
