The Republic of Tea pledges complete satisfaction, guaranteed. If you receive an item from The Republic of Tea that does not measure up to our high standards, we would like the opportunity to correct it.

The Republic of Tea is the only authorized seller of its products on the Amazon Marketplace (www.amazon.com). We are aware of unauthorized resellers on Amazon, and cannot guarantee that they maintain our high quality control standards for storing and shipping our items. For that reason we unfortunately cannot offer our comprehensive return policy on purchases from such unauthorized resellers. If you have any problems with a product purchased from an unauthorized reseller, please contact us. Please make Amazon purchases only from The Republic of Tea store Amazon Store Front to ensure a high quality product and to be eligible for our return policy.

If, for any reason, your expectations are not met, simply return your purchase and we will gladly replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us via email or phone to arrange your return.
