I found that this his tea made with stevia+ brown sugar Truvia and one teaspoon of chia seeds per cup makes a delicious daily drink for me. I brew it, mix in the sugar and chia seeds, shake well, and refrigerate it a few hours/ overnight. I LIVE this stuff. It makes a wonderfully refreshing cold tea ( with or without the chia seeds). I need the chia seeds for help with Omega, protein and fiber since my gastric sleeve operation requires extra attention in these areas. This flavor is the perfect companion to the chia addition!

Hibiscus Watermelon -- the perfect summer blend

I love all the hibiscus teas as summertime drinks, but the Hibiscus-watermelon blend is especially refreshing. It brings back memories of childhood when fresh, cold watermelon provided a break from activities on a hot summer day. Yet, the hibiscus adds the 'adult' twist of not-too-sweet for quenching one's thirst. It makes the perfect drink for relaxing in the shade

I’m in the minority on this one! The Hibiscus Watermelon Tea has an off taste and not even a hint of watermelon flavor. Perhaps the hibiscus is too overwhelming? I’ve been drinking various flavors R of T for years , but this was an $$$ disappointment.
