Place one pouch with 2 cups of filtered, boiling water in a heat-safe pitcher. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove pouch then stir in one heaping cup of ice cubes until ice melts. Add one more cup of cold water and serve over more ice.

If you are a southerner (or not!) like me who does not care for “southern sweet tea”, but perhaps enjoys a little sweet flavor, this is the tea for you. This tea flavor has been my summer go-to for several years.
