  • 3 oz Biodynamic® Ginger Tea prepared according to the instructions below
  • 2 tbsp honey, extra for drizzling
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 lime
  • ¼ cup fine-grain salt
  • 1 can grapefruit sparkling water


  1. Steep 4 Biodynamic® Ginger Tea Bags in 12 oz of just boiled water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags, add 2 tablespoons of honey, and cool the tea.
  2. Zest half a grapefruit. Squeeze grapefruit juice and lime juice into separate bowls.
  3. Thoroughly mix grapefruit zest with fine-grain salt. Spread on a small plate.
  4. Drizzle a tablespoon of honey on a separate small plate. Roll the rim of your mocktail glass on the honey plate, then roll the rim in the grapefruit zest and salt.
