Question
How much caffeine is in the Kiwi Pear Green Tea?

Answer
Thank you for your Query and your interest in our KIWI PEAR DAILY GREEN TEA.

The longer the tea leaves have oxidized, the greater their caffeine content. Green tea, which is not oxidized, has one-third the caffeine per cup as black tea, which is fully oxidized.

Kiwi Pear Daily Green Tea WHEN brewed in five ounces of water has an average of 15-20mg per cup...again, the longer the tea is brewed, the more caffeine in the cuppa.

Question
I do not have any experience with white tea. What is the proper brewing method?

Answer
Thank you for your Query. To appreciate the unique, soft flavor and delicate nature of white tea, preparation is of utmost importance. For the ideal brew, fresh, filtered water should be just short of boiling and the tea should steep only 30-60 seconds. Enjoy this low-caffeine brew throughout the day and experience the lushness of white tea!

Question
I plan to purchase the "Ginger Peach Decaf bulk (250 Tea Bags) and have 2 questions.
1)What is the shape of the tea bag; is that a Round shape?
2)Is this tea bag a "tagless bag"?

Thanks,

Ivan Wang

Answer
Thank you for your Queries. Yes, to both of your questions. Our signature tea bags are round and they are without tags, strings or staples.

Question
There was a quote from the Minister of Leaves on a tea bag that I should have kept - I believe it may have been a Chinese proverb about being content with what you have. Could you send it to me? I really enjoy reading them and I LOVE your bottled iced tea.
Thanks!

Answer
Dear Citizen Blank,
Thank you for your Query, your most humbling comment about our bottled iced teas and thank you for being a Citizen of THE REPUBLIC OF TEA! Possibly this is the quote:

"Tea is contentment, and contentment is love of content. Drinking tea, desires diminish and I come to see the ancient secret of happiness: wanting what I already have, inhabiting the life that is already mine."
--The Minister of Leaves

Question
Not a question just a comment I used to drink a lot of coffee, then I switched to tea mostly and turned my coffee maker into a tea maker I fill with water and then put the tea bags in the pot not the basket and then turn it on and let it brew it turns out great, maybe some of your customers are like me and can use that old coffee maker to make tea. It's really good and I make lots of combinations I use 8 tea bags per pot in a 12 cup coffee/tea maker.
Thank you for such great teas to experimate with.

Question
Hi there, I recently purchased your Perfect Cuppa Tea Timer & have a question about its use. Are you supposed to flip the entire thing to time your cup, or the individual timer? It's unclear, because although they do come out individually, both top and bottom of entire timer are the same.
Thanks!

Answer
Thank you for your Query. The entire Tea Timer should be flipped...they fall differently--watch the one that corresponds with the type of tea you are drinking.
