Amazing Açaí Tea
For centuries, inhabitants of the Amazon rainforest have gathered açaí (ah-sigh-EE) berries from the Acaizeiro palm tree for their health benefits. Frozen and topped with granola, this berry is the star of Brazil's favorite breakfast bowl. This deep purple fruit has the sweet, rich flavors of concord grapes and ripe blueberries. Paired with crisp green tea, this blend is also nice served over ice.

Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars It surprised me that acai goes well with green tea. But I guess since I like blueberry green too, maybe this makes sense! It is kind of fruity but the green tea helps tone down the fruitiness a bit.
