This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This is the best smooth black tea that I have ever had. It is perfect first thing in the morning-starts the day off right. Other black teas are bitter but this never is. It is the favorite of my husband who doesn't like flavored teas. This a staple in our home.
This shopper rated the product 2 out of 5 stars I was eager to try this brand for the first time as I am getting into loose leaf breakfast teas. First impression was that the tea pieces are small (maybe broken for stronger taste/extraction) and the smell was off (almost like there was flavoring added). After brewing, the tea tasted flavored (fruity) and watery. I have been trying to drink this up but I think the majority is going in the bin. I also got the Irish breakfast and Organic Assam. Those smell a little off too and are not my favorite. The Irish tastes the best of the bunch. Overall, disappointing. Thought of trying to return but not worth the cost/hassle. Won’t be re-ordering from this brand.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I bought this recently and I am so glad I did. I usually use the bagged tea version of the British black tea, but I decided to choose the loose leaf. The convenience of the tea bags on busy mornings is perfect but on quieter moments I use the loose leaf version. It is just as delicious and satisfying. As with all loose leaf teas I can control the amount of leaves, and to me this is a bonus! Wonderful tasting tea!!
