It's a very relaxing blend to help bring me out of "mom mode" when it's time to retire for the night. Especially delightful with honey to bring out the lemon flavor.

This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars I bought a few, but tried one for myself. For me PERSONALLY, it is way too light. It is called chamomile lemon, but that is just a label. I drink hot water with lemon daily and I do not taste lemon in this tea. In fact, I think the chamomile is so light I do not think I enjoy it that much. Try it to experience it yourself but I like heavy stuff. This is not it.
