This delicate oolong tea is lightly oxidized through a meticulous process where the leaves are shaken until the perfect oxidation level has been reached, as judged only by sight, aroma and touch. Steeping Oolong tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to just short of boiling. Pour 6 oz of water over 1 tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove. Enjoy!
