Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.

Sometimes the tea bags give you false hope for the flavors to come, but this one is no disappointment. Delicious with a little honey or brown sugar and a dash of cream. Another staple on my tea shelf.
