Steeping red tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I have been having some issues where I am needing to take a probiotic. I started drinking this tea and it’s making me feel better. It has kind of a nice light taste. I try to sip on this throughout the day, rather than just drinking in the morning.
