Steeping red tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

I have been enjoying another of the well red teas ( Be happy) and wanted something to mix it with. The combination of ginger and peach in this bright, energizing tea is delightful. I was not paying enough attention and bought the full leaf instead of the bagged, which was not what I intended, but I am willing to strain it and this saves a bit of paper and will be easy to compost once brewed.
