Truly impressive matcha green teas and green full-leaf loose tea leaves contain antioxidants and rich flavor in every cup, derived from tea leaves that have been steamed, rolled, and then fired to perfection. Go ahead – steep a pot and savor the longtime treasure of China and Japan.
Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.
Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This turned out to be the favorite of the 5 containers of tea that I purchased. I really enjoy the flavor. I add a wee bit of Chai Spice Honey tea to it and it is perfection.
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This is one of our favorite teas. We originally purchased the tea bag tin and then decided to try loose leaf. We love both but prefer the “stronger” flavor of the loose leaf. As long as I don’t over steep (b/c it’s a green tea) it perfect every time! This and the ginger peach is my son’s favorite tea. There is a natural sweetness with the honey but not overly sweet. Love!!
