Steeping herbal tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over the tea bag and steep for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot or let cool and pour over ice.

This shopper rated the product 2 out of 5 stars This tea is mostly flavorless except for distant hints of lime and stevia. In fact, it tastes like a Stevia farmers forgotten holiday to Key West. It's both mild and easy to forget. At least it's not disgusting.
