Bridgerton

INGREDIENTS

• 3 oz fresh, filtered water
• 1 Bridgerton Brothers tea bag
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 lemon
• Club soda
• Lemon slice (if desired)
• Maraschino cherry (if desired)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bring water to a rolling boil and steep tea bag for 5 minutes.
2. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
3. Pour into a shaker with ice.
4. Strain into a highball glass.
5. Add juice of one lemon (~2 Tbsp).
6. Top off with club soda and garnish with slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.

• Elderflower soda
• Lemon or grapefruit slice (if desired)

2. Pour into a shaker with ice.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
4. Top off with elderflower soda.
5. Garnish with slice of lemon or grapefruit.

• Fresh mint (if desired)
