Rare Hawaiian Lavender Honey
By infusing our delicate, Certified Organic Kiawe Honey with organic dried lavender blossoms, we have created a true culinary treat. This is the only honey that we gently warm to infuse the lavender essential oil into the honey, but we do not warm enough to destroy beneficial enzymes or pollen, so the honey is still raw and recrystallizes into the creamy consistency that everyone expects from us. We do suggest that you gently warm portions of this honey that you want to drizzle over fresh berries, grapefruit, star fruit, dragon fruit or ice cream! Use it in its creamy state for spreading over cured meats and fine cheeses, or served on crackers or bread for a gourmet appetizer. (USDA Organic)

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars Lavender infused honey - very tasty. I tried using it on a tea that already includes lavender as recommended by a previous reviewer but to me it felt wasted as the lavender flavor was already present in the tea so I didn't feel like it added anything. But I did like it mixed into my homemade cocoa, where it gave an unexpected but comforting twist.
