Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

Sometimes a cup, sometimes a pot depending on my day, and because it’s decaf, it doesn’t affect my sleep, as I don’t like too much caffeine, and will not have caffeine after 2pm.

My friend always drank green tea and I could never stand it lol however I bought some People's Republic Loose Leaf Tea and I fell in love with it ! It is so smooooth :) I even bought decaf and I never drink decaf.. I am in love with this tea plus I kinda think it might be healthier for me lol
